Depending on the weather and the season, you should adapt your clothing. However, wear closed shoes (tennis shoes or water shoes) and clothes in which you are comfortable and free to move. Remember to hydrate regularly, and don't forget to take water, sun cream and a cap.

We strongly advise you to take the shuttle bus at the start, and then enjoy your canoe trip at your own pace. Please note that for the tours from Souillac to Beynac, you must only take the shuttle bus on the return journey, as only one bus per day leaves from Beynac.
